       Discharges or Releases Conserning the
       premisses or any parte thereof for me and in
       my name or otherwise as the Cause
       shall require and att.ry one or more for
       the purpose afd under him to make
       and again at his pleasure to Revoake
       and Generally to Doe accomplish determine
       and Execute all and Every such further
       and other Lawfull and reasonable Act and
       Acts thing and things Device or Devices
       whatsoever w.thin and aboute the premisses
       shall be unto my said att.ry thought fitt to
       be Done as fully and amply in Every rispect
       as I my self might or Could Doe if personally
       present Ratifieing and allowing holding
       firme and stable Effectuall all and whatsoever
