(641) for Ever all that the afd Tract or parcell of Land soe as afd Called by the name of wallnutt Neck lying in Baltemore County on the North side of patapsco River at the head of the Middle Branch of the said River Beginning at a Markt Locust and runing for Breadth south west from the said Locust one hundred perches to a Markt wallnutt standing on the side of a Branch Called wallnutt branch bounded on the west by a Line Drawne North west from the said Wallnut One hundred and sixty perches near to the fall of the said Branch of the North by a Line Drawne North East from the End of the North west line for Breadth one hundred perches on the East by a Line Drawne South East from the End of the North East Line for Length one hundred and sixty perches to the first Markt Locust on the south by the Middle Branch Containing and laid out for one hundred acres more or less Together with all and singular the Dwelling houses out houses Tobacco houses Gardens Barnes Stables orchards woods underwoods timber Trees pasture Meadows fences and inclosures and all other the apurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract or parcell of Land belonging or in any Manner of wise appurtaining To Have and To Hold the afd Tract of Land and premisses and all and singular the appurtenances to the same Belonging (unto) |
