       Year of the Reigne of our Late sovereigne
       Lord W.m the third etc of Ever Blessed
       Memory and in the yeare of our Lord One
       thousand seaven hundred and One has Conveyed
       Bargaind and sold the afd Tract of Land
       and Every parte and parcell thereof with
       all and singular the appurtenances to the
       same Belonging or in any wise appertaining
       unto him the said Thomas Ryder his
       heires and assignes for Ever as in and by the
       said Deed Enrolled and Recorded Reference
       thereunto being had it Doth and May more
       at Large appeare By vertue of w.ch said
       Bargaine and Sale the fee simple of the sd
       Land is now Legally and absolutely vested
       In and settled upon the said Thomas
       Ryder  Now This present Indenture
       Therefore wittnesseth that he
       the said Thomas Ryder for and in Consideration
       of a Certaine Indenture of Bargaine and Sale
       of Even and Equall Date with these presents
       and by the said George at or before y.e Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents Executed whereby
       there is bargaind and sold unto the said Thomas
       Ryder his heires and assignes a Certaine Tract
       of Land Called Maiden Stone and Containing
       Two hundred and fifty Acres more or
       Less Hath Given Granted bargained sold
       aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed as by these
       presents he the said Thomas Doth for him and
       his heires Give Grant bargaine sell alien
       Enfeoff and Confirme unto him the said
       George Valentine his heires and assignes
