(624) The bforementioned to be bargained premisses or intended to be bargained premisses with there appurtenances ag.t all Manner persons whatsoever Clayming or to laime any right title or interest to the some or to any parte or parcell of them Provided Nevertheless and it is the true intent and meaning of the parties to these presents that whereas George Jackson and Comp.a have Commenced a suite in the hight Court of Chancery of this province for the Quantity of fifty Two thousand two hundred pounds of tob.a ag.t the said Thomas for the paym.t of w.ch he the said Charles hath become bound unto them the said George and Comp.a If therefore he the said Thomas Browne shall unto the said George and Comp.a well and truly satisfie Content and pay the said Quantity of fifty two thousand two hundred pounds of Tobacco In Manner and forme following that is to say the Moyety of one halfe parte thereof at or before the fifth day of June next (Ensueing) |
