(623) Judgem.ts Recognizances Executions Rents Charges Arrearages of Rents forfitures and all other Charges and incumbrances whatsoever had made or done by him the said Thomas or any other person or persons whatsoever and the said Thomas for himselfe and his heires doth hereby further Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles his heires and assignes that he the said Thomas and his heires shall and will at all times hereafter doe make Acknowledge suffer and Execute or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered and Executed all and Every such further and other act or acts thing or things assureances or Conveyances as by the said Charles his heires and assignes or his or there Councill learned in the Law shalbe reasonably devised or advised for the further and better assureance surety and suremakeing of all and singular the premisses hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold And Lastly the said Tho.s Browne for himselfe and his heires doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes that he the said Thomas and his heires shall and will for Ever hereafter warr.t and Defend all and singular (the) |
