       This Indenture [illegible] June 1702 Between John & Tho.s
       Larkin [illegible] of the one part & W.m Chew of
       the said County [illegible] Wittnesseth that the sd John &
       Thomas [illegible] of Ninty pounds sterl to him in hand
       paid or secured to be paid before the Ensealing of these p.rsents by the sd
       W.m Chew the receipt whereof they [illegible] John & Thomas doe hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and of every part & parcell thereof doth hereby fully clearly
       & absolutely Exonerate acquitt & discharge the sd W.m Chew his heires & assignes
       for ever Hath Given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeofed & confirmed
       As by these p.rsents they the sd John & Thomas doe for them & their heires Give
       Grant bargain sell aliene Enfeofe & confirm unto the sd W.m Chew & to his
       heires the Moiety or due halfe part of a tract or Pcell of land called the
       United friendship w.ch sd tract is butted & bounded as followeth viz.t Beginning
       att a bounded oake by the river side & runing North thirteen degr west three
       hundred thirty five ps unto the head line of the sd Addition then with the sd line
       East North East Eighty Ps to the land called the United friendship then with the
       sd land East sixty Ps then South one hundred & sixty Ps to the land called
       Ludlows Lott then by the sd lott East one hundred Ps then south two hundred
       Ps then by a streight line to the first bounded tree Conta & laid out for
       three hundred & fifty ac more or less together with all & singular the
       dwelling houses outhouses tob houses Gardens barns stables orchards
       pastures meadows whatsoever to the moiety or one halfe pt of the
       sd tract or Pcell of land together with all & singular the apurtenances
       to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
