       Memorandum then Came
       before us W.m Wadsworth and Tho.s Craine two of
       the above witneses and made oath on the holy
       Evangelist that they saw the above named Benj.a
       Evans Signe Seale and Deliver both the recited Deeds
       above written for and to the use therein ^m^enconed
       and also at the same time Came before us
       M.r W.m kidd of Calvert County and acknowledge
       the abovesaid three tracts of Land to the said
       Josiah Willson his heires and assignes for
       Ever according to Due forme of Law I say
       acknowledged before us Tho.s Greenfeild

       Terminer held at the Towne of annapolis the
