       Know all men by these psents that
       I Benj.a Evans of Charles Citty County in Virginia
       Do by this present wrighting make Constitute and
       appoint M.r W.m kidd of Calvert County in the
       province of maryland to be my true and Lawfull
       atto.ry for me and in my name to acknowledge
       the abovesaid three tracts of Land the whole
       Containing nine hundred and nine acres as by
       the said Indenture above written may and
       will ap.r to acknowledge the same in prince
       Georges County Court in the province of
       maryland where the Land lyes To Josiah
       Willson of Calvert County and to his heires
       and assignes for Ever and this shalbe ap.r sufficient
       warrant for y.r so Doing Given und.r my hand &
