562 A Line drawn North and by East to the easterne Creek and up the same five hundred and forty pches to the first bounded Oak Containing one thousand twenty One Acres To have and to hold the said Two Tracts of Land as Now Surveyd and laid in to one Intire Tract Containing One thousand twenty one Acres more or less with all houses Out houses barnes building Gardens Oarchards fences And Edifices whatsoever togeth w.th All and singular deeds Evidences and Writings whatsoever Now Remaining and being in the hands Custody or possession of the said Abraham To Johns and William Cole or Any or either of them or Any other person or persons whatsoever the same Now are or at any time hereafter shall be found To have and To hold the Said two Tracts or Pcells of Land aforesaid And all and singular the premises w.th the Appurtences unto the Said Christopher Goodhand his heires and Assignes to the onely ^sole^ proper use and behoof of him the said Christopher Goodhand his heires and Assignes forever And to and for No other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And they the said Abraham Johns and W.m Cole Joyntly and severally for them selves and ^for^ their severall heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and every of them do hereby Covenant promise grant and Agree to and with the said Christopher Goodhand his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs And every of them by these presents that they the said Abraham Johns and W.m Cole All and Singular the aforesaid Lands and p.rmises |
