       John Stanley his heires or assignes or any  
       other person or persons whatsoever  And y.t he
       the said John Stanley and his heires shall
       and will att all times hereafter att the
       Reasonable request and Charges in the
       Law of him of him the said Tho.s Dixon
       his heires and ^or^ assignes make and Execute
       all such further Conveyances and assureances
       in the Law is by Councill Learned
       shall be advised Devised or required
       for the better Conveying and assureing
       the aforesaid Granted and bargained
       premisses to him the said Thomas Dixon
       his heires and assignes for Ever In Witness
       whereof the partyes to these presents have
       interchangeably sett theire hands and
       seales the Day and yeare first above
       written

       on the back side of the foregoeing deed was
