       made over or Conveyed unto the sd Jn.o Hurst or any other
       person or persons whatsoever any more of the sd two
       Tracts Called Mountneys Neck and Todds range than what
       is above specifyed to be Covenanted to be made over unto the
       the sd John Hurst And he the sd James doth further for
       himselfe and his heires Covenant promise grant and agree to
       and with the said Charles and his heires that there is within
       the remaining partes of the sd Tracts of Land Called Mountneys
       Neck & Tod range and in the entire Tract Called bold
       venture free and Cleare of and from all manner of incumbrances
       whatsoever and all older surveys att least the quantity of
       three hundred Acres and the sd James and penelope his wife
       for themselfes and their heires do hereby covenant promise grant
       and agree to and with the sd Charles and his heires that they
       the sd James and penelope and their heires shall att all times
       hereafter acquit and discharge or otherwise save and keep harmeless
       as well the sd Charles Carroll as all other the p.rmises
       hereby bargained & sold or intended hereby to be bargained
       & sold of and from all former bargaines sales Joyntures
       Dowers Titles of Dower Statutes Judg.ts recognizances Executions
       Rent Charges arrearages of rent forfeiture and all other Charges
       and incumbrances whatsoever had made or done by them or
       either of them or by any other person or persons w.tsoever
       And the sd James and penelope his wife for themselves and
       their heires do hereby further Covenant promise grant and
       agree to and w.th the sd Charles Carroll his heires and Assignes
       do hereby Covenant that they the sd James and penelope
       his wife & their heires shall and will from time to time and
       att all times hereafter do make suffer acknowledge & Execute
       or Cause to be made done acknowledged suffered &
       Executed all and every Further and other Act and Acts thing
       and things Assurances and Conveyances as by the sd Charles
       his heires & Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the
