523) This Indenture made the fourteenth Day of July in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seaven hundred and one and in the thirteenth yeare of the reigne of our Sov.r Lord William the third by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland king Defender of the fayth &c.a Between Nich.o Sporne of ann arundell County in the province of maryland inholder of the one part and W.m Nichols of Calvert County in the province afd ^M.rs^ of the other part Witnesseth that in Consideracon of the sume of one hundred and thirteen pounds thirteen and five pence of Good and Lawfull money of England to the said nich.o in hand paid by the said W.m Nicholls before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents whereof the said nicholas Sporne Doth acknowledge the receipt and thereof and of Every part and pcell hereof Do hereby Clearely and absolutely acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said W.m nicholls his heires Ex.rs adm.rs and assignes and Every of them ^forever^ by these psents the said Nich.o Sporne hath Given Granted bargained and sold by these psents Do Give Grant bargaine & sell unto the said W.m Nicholls his heires Ex.rs adm.rs adm.rs and assignes for Ever all these severall tracts or pcells of Land hereafter pticulerly named situated Lyeing and being on hereafter is Exprest that is to say all that tract or pcell of Land Called [illegible] plaine Lyeing in Cecill County in the pvince of maryland begining at a bounded White oake standing on the north side of a branch or [illegible] Called Benns run then runing from the |
