       Deeds Writeings and Evidences Touching or Concerning the said

       Eliz.a Copley or any other pson or psons in Trust for her or
       which she Can or May Come by w.thout suite at Law  To

       Land hereditaments & p.rmisses hereby Granted Bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed released & Confirmed menconed or
       intended to be hereby Granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed
       released & Confirmed w.th the appurtenances unto y.e
       sd Norton Bryan his hiers and assignes for Ever to y.e onely pper
       use & behoofe of the sd Norton Bryan his heirs & assignes
       for Ever  And the sd Eliz.a Copley for her selfe her heirs
       exec.rs & adm.rs doth Covenante promise & Grant to and
       with the said Norton Bryan his heirs & assignes by these
       p.rsents in Manner & forme following that is to say  That
       the said Eliz.a Copley att the Time of the sealing & delivery
       of these presents (for and Notwithstanding any Act Matter
       or thing whatsoever by her done or suffered to the Contrary)
       hath good right True Title & power & authority to Grant
       Convey & assure the sd plantacon Tract or pcell of Land
       and p.rmisses herein before Mentioned to be Conveyed &
       assured w.th the appurtences unto the sd Norton Bryan
       his heirs and assignes for Ever according to the True intent
       and Meaning of these pesents & That the sd Norton Bryan
       his heirs and assignes shall or may from time to time &
       at all times for ever hereafter peaceably and Quietly
       have hold occupy Posses & Enjoy the sd plantacon Tract
       or pcell of Land & w.th the appurtences & y.e rents Issues
       and profitts thereof receive take & apply to his & their
