       of three pounds of Lawfull Money of England to the
       said Elizabeth Copley in hand at & before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these p.rsents by the said Norton Bryan
       well & Truely paid the receipt whereof she doth hereby
       acknowledge and her selfe to be therewith fully satisfied
       & thereof & every part thereof doth acquitt release
       and Discharge the said Norton Bryan his heirs exec.rs
       adm.rs & assignes & every of them for ever by these
       p.rsents she the said Elizabeth Copley hath Granted bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed released & Confirmed and
       by these p.rsents doth fully cleerly & absolutely Grant
       bargaine sell alien Enfeoffe release & Confirme unto the
       sd Norton Bryan (In his Actuall possession Now being
       by vertue of a deed of Bargaine & sale to him Made
       bearing date the day Next before the day of the
       Date of these p.rsents for one Year & by vertue of the
       statute for Tranceferring of uses into possession in that
       Case Made & provided) and to the heirs & assignes of
       the said Norton Bryan for ever  All that plantacon
       Tract or p.rcell of Land w.th the appurtences Conteyning
       by Estamation one Thousand acres be the same More or
       Less scituate Lyeing & being in the County of Baltemore
       in Maryland in America w.thin his Maj.tyes Dominions
       heretofore in the occupation of one Rob.t Boreman or
       his assignes & Now in the occupation of the sd Elizabeth
       Copley or her assignes  And the Revercon & Revercons
       Remainder or Remainders Rents Issues & proffits of all
       and singular the p.rmisses afsd  And all the Estate right
       Title interest possession inheritance Clayme & demand
       whatsoever of her the sd Eliz.a Copley of in & to the same
       and every part thereof and allsoe all & Every Charters
