       Jn.o Brice his heires and Assignes for ever more
       And the said Robt Miles the sonn for himselfe
       all and singuler the said tract peeces or pcells of
       land plantacon and p.rmises herein before granted
       or intended to be hereby granted with their and any
       of their appurtenances unto the sd Jn.o Brice his heires
       and Assignes for ever against him the said Rob.t
       Miles the sonn and against his heires and against
       all and every other person and persons whatsoever
       lawfully claimeing or which shall or may lawfully
       Claime the premises or any parte thereof by from or
       under him them or any of them or by from or und.r
       the said Robert Miles his father or the said [illegible]
