       Penny hill were plotts branch and all
       other the lands and tenements of the
       said William Miles scituate lyeing and
       being in maryland aforesaid and w.ch he
       the said W.m Miles was possessed of at y.e
       time of his decease togeather with all
       houses Edificies buildings Orchards gardens
       Timber trees Woods and und.rwoods plantacons
       and improvem.ts thereon w.th their and every
       of their appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or acepted reputed taken or knowne as
       parte parcell or member thereof and the
       revercon and revercon remainder and remaind.r
       and remainders thereof and of ev.ry parte and
       pcell thereof  And all the estate right
       title interest inherritance property proffitt
       Possession Claime and demand w.tsoever
       both in Law and equity or otherwise
       howsoever of him the said Rob.t Miles
