       or Claimeing or to have or Claime any Estate
       right title or intrest of in and to the said Lands
       and pmises or any part thereof from by or und.r
       him her or them shall and will from time to
       time and all times hereafter w.thin the space
       of seaven yeares next Ensewing the Date
       hereof at the reasonable request and at
       the proper Costs and Charges in the Law
       of the said Jn.o Gandy his heires and assignes  
       make Doe acknowledge ^levy^ Execute and
       suffer or cause and procure to be made Done
       acknowledged ^levyed^ Executed Leavyed and suffered
       all and Every such further and other Lawfull
       and Reasonable act and acts thing and things
       Device and Devices Conveyances and assureances
       in the Law w.tsoever Either by fine or fines
       recovery or recoverys Deed or Deeds Enroled
       or not Enrolled or by the enrollm.t of these psents
       for the further better assureances surety sure
       makeing and Conveyeing the said Lands and
       Pmises w.th their and Every of their appurtences ^in^to y.e
       said Jn.o Gandy his heires and assignes as by the
       said John his heires or assignes or his or their
       Councill Lerned in the Law shalbe reasonable
       Devised advised or required soe as y.e pty or ptyes to
       required to make the same be not hereby compellable
       to travell farther then their usuall place of abode or w.thin
       tencuiles thereof In witness whereof the ptyes above
       named to these psent Indentures their hands & seales
       interchangably have sett the Day and yeare first
