(362) Maryland fs By this Publick instrument of proclamcon or Letter of Atturney Bee it knowne and manifest unto all people that on the six and twentieth day of may Anno Dom 1701 And In the Thirteenth year of the Reigne of W.m the 3.d King of England &c.a Before us W.m Bladen Esq.r his maj.tes princp.ll Secrettary and Notary Publick w.thin the province of maryld by Royall Authority admitted and sworne in presents of the Wittness after Named personally appeares Sarah Blackwell Executrix of the Last will & Testament of Tho.s Blackwell late of Annapolis in the provincil afd Deed And hath made ordained and Constituted And by these p.rsents doth make ordayne & constitute James Cows of the Island of Barbadoes Gentl her true and Lawfull Attorney giveing unto him full power and authoritty for and in her Name And to the use of the said Constituant To ask demand and sue for Recover and Receive of and from all and Everry such person or persons whome it doth or may concerne And more Espetially of and from One Thomas Hatson and Charles Thomas Merchants Residents in Barbadoes for Two severall protested bills of Exchange for such sum or sums of money as by the orriginall of the said Bills of Exchange may appear and alsoe all and Every other sume and sums of money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects and things whatsoever as are or shall be due Owing or belonging unto her the said Sarah Blackwell as Executrix of the said Thomas Blackwell decd as aforesaid in the Island of Barbadoes as aforesaid for what Cause or reason soever The same may be due Together w.th all costs Damadges and Interests alsoe Touching the premisses to Account conclude and agree as her said attorney shall think fitt Upon recoverys and Receipts to make and give sufficient acquittances and Discharges and (if needfull) to appear and the person of the said Sarah Blackwell to represent In |
