358) whatsoever and that he the said George and his heires shall and will for Ever hereafter warrant and defend the afd Tract of Land and premisses unto the said Charles Carroll his heires and assignes ag.t all Manner of persons clameing or to clame any Right thereunto or into any parte thereof Provided Nevertheless and itt is the True intent and meaning of the parties to these presents and the said Charles Carroll for that purpose Doth covenant to and with the said George Spicer that soe soon as bills of Exc.a Drawne by the said George Spicer upon M.r Jonathan Scarfe Merchant in London for the sume of sixty five pounds seaven and six pence sterling payable att thirty Dayes sight of Equall Date herewith shall be paid or that he the said George Spicer procure good sufficient security for the payment of them that then this present Deed to Cease Determine and be of noe Effect to all intents or purposes In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably sett to theire hands and affixed theire |
