       Mount Containeing by Estimacon Two
       hundred and Fifty acres more or less
       the other Tract Called Dixons Choice and
       Containeing by Estimacon three hundred
       acres more or less both which said Two
       Tracts or parcells are scituate Lyeing and
       being in Gunpowder River in Baltemore
       County aforesaid Togeather with all and
       singular the Dwelling houses out houses
       Tobacco houses Gardens Barnes Stables
       Orchards meadowes pastures Fences and
       Inclosures to the said Two Tracts or parcells
       of Land belonging or in any wise appertaineing
       and alsoe all the Right Estate Title
       interest Possession use Clame and Demand
       whatsoever which they the said Thomas
       Richardson and John Richardson or Either
       of them now hath may might should or
       ought to have in and to the premisses
       before Bargaind and Sold or of in and unto
       any parte or parcell thereof and alsoe all
       and singular the Deeds Evidences Charters
       writeing Escripts and Minements touching
       or Concerning the before bargained Premisses
       or any parte and parcell thereof  To Have
       and To Hold the aforesaid Two severall
       Tracts or parcells of Land and all other
       the premisses before by these presents
       bargained and sold Meant Mentioned
       or intented to be bargaind and sold
       with their and Every theire appurtenances
       unto the said Charles Carroll his heires
       and assignes to the only proper use and
       behoofe of him the said Charles Carroll
