       Att thirty days sight of this my bill of
       Exchange my first and third and not paid
       pay or cause to be paid to Jn.o Barker
       or Order the sume of Tenn pounds
       sterling and place the same to Acco.t
       of yo.r Loveing freind   Rich.d Hill

          This Indenture mad the Twelfth
          Day of February in the Twelfth
       yeare of the Reigne of our sovereigne
       Lord William the third by the grace of
       God of England Scotland France and
       Ireland King Defender of the Faith
       &c  And in the yeare of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred  Between Tho
       Richardson of Baltemore County Gent
       and John Richardson of the said County
       Gent of the one parte and Charles Carroll
       of Annarundell County Gent of the
       other parte  Wittnesseth that they
       the said Tho Richardson and Jn.o Richardson
       as well for the satisfaction of a Judgment
       by Co.ll Henry Darnall obtaind in the
       Provinciall Courte of this province
