       And the said Edward Parrish for himselfe
       his heires Ex.rs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them doth
       Covenant promise grant and Agree to And with the sd
       Jn.o wooding his heires Executo.rs adm.rs and Assignes
       and ev.ry of them that he the sd Edward parrish
       his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs ag.t themselves and All and ev.ry
       other person or p.rsons lawfully claimeing whatsoever
       the said land and p.rmises before mencond to be hereby
       bargained with the appurtenances unto the sd Jn.o Wooding
       his heires and Assignes shall and will Warrant and for
       Ever defend by these p.rnts  And further that he the said
       Jn.o Wooding his heires and Assignes the Above
       mencond hereby barganied land and p.rmises with
       the app.rtenances and ev.ry parte and parcell thereof
       shall and may from henceforth for ever peaceably and
       quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the same
       without the lett suite trouble Molestacon disturbance
       or hindrance of him the said Edward Parrish or any other
       person ^or persons^ w.tsoever freely and Clearly Acquitted Exonerated
       and discharged saved harmeless and indempnified of
       and from all former and other Guifts Grants bargaines sales
       Dowers uses Wills Entailes Anuitys charges and incumbracs
       whatsoever the rents and services from henceforth comeing
       due to the lord or lords of the fees of whom the same is
       holden only excepted and foreprized and alsoe that the sd
