       And therewith to be fully contented sattisfied and paid & thereof
       and of every parte thereof the said Jno Wooding his heires Ex.rs
       Adm.rs and Assignes and ev.ry of them doth hereby Acquitt
       Exonerate and discharge forever by these p.rnts As Alsoe for
       diverse other good causes and consideracons him likewise thereto
       Especially moveing hath Given granted bargained sold
       aliend enfeoffed and confirmed  And by these p.rnts doe
       fully ^freely^ clearly and Absolutely Give grant bargaine sell
       alien enfeoff and confirme unto the said Jn.o Wooding his
       heires and Assignes for ever All that Pcell of A Certaine
       tract of land cont.a two thousand Acres called and knowne
       by the name of Parrishes range lyeing scituate and being in
       Baltemore County on twinns falls att the head of patapscoe
       River the said parcell of land intended to be hereby bargained
       p.rmises Begginng att A bounded hicory on the west side A stony
       branch North seaventy two degrees Easterly Sixty Perches
       unto another bounded hiccory standing by A small draught
       of the aforesaid branch It being in the Given line of the
       whole track of land and running up the said Given line
       North two Degrees Easterly One hundred sixty two pches
       thence West seaventy perches soe with a streight
       line to the first bounder Cont.a and laid out for seaventy
       Acres of land more or less to be held of the manner of
       Balt.r togeather with all dwelling houses tenements Out
       houses barnes stables tobb.o houses and structures buildings
       fences and fenceings whatsoever to the same belonging
       or appertaineing  And likewise all Pattents Deeds Minuments
       Escripts and wrighteings or Evidences whatsoever that may
       any way touch or concerne the same hereby intended
       bargained premises with all and singuler the appts
