       Or to clame from by or under him them or
       Either of them shall and will warrant and
       for Ever Defend by these presents and the said
       Henry Hill for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and
       adm.rs and for Every of them doth covenant
       promise and Grant to and with the said
       Richard Hill his heires and assignes and
       Every of them by these presents in manner
       and forme following that is to say that
       he the said Henry Hill and Mary his
       wife now have or any of them hall
       good Right lawfull and absolute power
       and authority to bargaine sell alien and
       Convey all and singuler the said Tracts
       or parcells of Land and other the premisses
       hereby bargained and sold or meant Mencond
       or in Tended to be hereby Bargained and sold
       And Lastly that he the said Henry Hill
       and Mary his wife and the heires and
       assignes for the said Henry Hill and all
       and Every other person or persons whomsoever
       haveing or lawfully clameing or which
       shall or may att any time or times
       hereafter have or lawfully clame any
       Estate Right Title or Interest of in and to
       the said severall Tracts or parcells
