(287) Line North one hundred and fifty perches to a bounded Red Oake then Runing west three hundred and Twenty perches to another white oake thence south one hundred and fifty perches to a bounded Red Oake thence with a streight Course to the first bounded Tree Containing and Laid out for three hundred acres more or less together with all Rights profits and benefitts thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining Royall mines Excepted To Have and To Hold the said three hundred acres of Land unto Tho Roper his heires and assignes and to the only proper use and behoofe of the said Tho Roper his heires and assignes for Ever and the said Robert Tyler Doth for himselfe his heires Ex.rs adm.rs Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Tho Roper his heires and assignes that he the said Rob.t Tyler shall att the Request of the said Tho Roper doe and suffer or Cause to be Done and suffered any other or further Act and Acts thing and things device or Devices whatsoever be it by Inrollment of these presents or by any other wayes or meanes whatsoever that the said Tho Roper shalbe by his Councell advised to be Done for the better and more sure Makeing the said bargained premises to the said Tho Roper and his heires and assignes for Ever and the said Rob.t Tyler doth for himselfe his heires Ex.rs and |
