       Estate of inherritance of all and singuler
       the before Granted pmises and Every
       part and pcell thereof shalbe fully vested
       and settled in and upon the sd Lewis
       Duvall and his heires according to the
       true intent and meaneing of these
       psents shall remaine Continue and be
       seized of and in the said Land and pmises
       in and by these psents Granted with their
       appurtenances of a Good pure pfect &
       absolute Estate of inherritance in Fee
