(24) Thing and things assurence and Conveyances whatsoever as by the sd Francis Maulding his heirs and Assignes or his or their Councill learned in the Law shall be from time to time reasnoably Devised or advised for the further and better assurance surely and sure Makeing of all and singuler the p.rmises hereby Barganed or sold or Intended to be hereby bargained or sold And Lastly the sd Job and Sarah his wife doe for them & theirs further Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and w.th the sd Francis Maulding and his Heirs and assignes that they the sd Job and Sarah shall and will from time to time and at Times hereafter for Ever Warrant and defend y.e said land and p.rmises unto him the sd Francis Maulding his Heirs and assignes for Ever against all manner of psons Claimes and Intanglements whether y.e same be by the sd Lands Runing Into More Ancient survey or any other Defect of Incombrance whatsoever In Witness whereof the sd parties have hereunto sett there Hands and seales the Day and Yeare first Above Written (signum) Signed Sealed & Delivered In the p.rsence of Job (Seal) Evens Sarah G Evans Tho Tench On the Back of the Aforegoeing Deed John Thomas was Thus Endorsed viz.t Anthony Drew Tho Hedge February y.e 2?.o 1699 Then came before us Two of his Maj.ties Justices of the pease for y.e County of Baltemore y.e w.thin Named Job Evens & Sarah his wife & acknowledged this Deed according to Act of Assembly in that case made & provided w.ch sd Sarah being privately Examined freely declared here Consent thereunto John Thomas Anthony Drew |
