       then and After the said Edward Somersett his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes
       may by the first opportunity send and by his agent or agents
       in Maryland make & Lawfull demand of the said Richard
       Bennett of the said James Heath there Exec.rs Adm.rs or
       Assignes of such rent soe behind and unpaid togeather w.th
       one whole yeare intrest thereof y.e rate of six pounds P
       Centum and if within Twenty days after such demand of y.e
       said Richard Bennett and James Heath there Ex.rs Adm.rs or
       Assignes shall not Give good Bills of Exchange payable
       in London at twenty days sight with securety for paym.t
       thereof for such rent and interest as Afd that then and
       in such case it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the sd
       Edward Somersett his Ex.rs admstrators and Assignes to reenter
       into all & every parte of the p.rmises in the herein
       before recited Indenture granted and the same to have
       againe receive and take as if these p.rsents had never been
       any thing in this said herein before recited Indenture or
       in these p.rsents contained to y.e contrary in any wise
       Notwithstanding  In Wittness whereof the said pties
       to these p.rsents have to these present Indentures interchangeably
       sett there hands & seales dated the day &
       yeare first above written
