                time the said Margarett Bigger being Secretly
                and out of the hearing of her husband Examined
                did freely Voluntaryly and of her owne Accord
                without any fear or threats of them Give up all
                her right Title Dowrey Claime and demand
                whatsoever that she now hath or might
                have to soe much of the Aforesaid Parcell of
                Land and premises as lyeth in Charles County &
                desired the same might be enrowled in his
                Maj.ts Court of Record in Charles County
                In testimony whereof wee have hereunto
                subscribed our names this Twenty Ninth day of
                May Annoqe Dm 1698

       Memorandum that soe much of the lands &
       Premises as lyeth in Prince Georges County was before us
       two of his Maj.ts Justices of Peace for the said County acknowledged
       by the said James Bigger and Margarett his
       wife to be the right of the w.thin named George Spicer his heires
       and Assignes for Ever alsoe at the same time Margarett his
       wife being Secretly Examined out of the hearing of her sd
       husband did freely voluntarily and of her owne Accord
       Gave up all her right Title Dower Claime and demand
       whatsoever that she now hath or may have of soe much of
       the aforesd parcell of land and premise as lyeth in
       Prince Georges County and desired the same might be
       Enrolled in his Maj.ts Court of Record in Prince Georges
       County  In testimony whereof wee have hereunto subscribed
       our names this Twenty Nineth day of May Anno Dm
