       On the Back of the aforegoeing Deed
       was thus Indors'd as followes (Viz.t)

            Prov.ll Co.rt May 17.th 1707
       Came into open Court the within
       Named W.m Collings being the party
       to y.e within Indenture and acknowledg'd
       the within land and premisses to be
       the Right of the within named
       Joshua Cecell according to act of assembly
       in that Case made and pvided and y.t y.e
       same is his act and Deed
                   Taken and acknowledged in open Co.rt

                                  Joh Beale Clk prov.ll Co.rt
            Recorded May y.e 31.st 1707


       This Indenture made y.e fifth day
                of March in the fourth yeare
       of the Reigne of our Sovn Lady Queen
       Anne &c Annoq 1705  Between
       Thomas Wells of annarundell County
       Planter y.e son and heir of Richard
       Wells late of the same place planter
       decd of the one part and Tho.s Tench
       of the County afd Esq of the other
       part Wittnesseth that the s.d Tho.s Wells
       for and in Consideration of y.e full & Just
