       Fee of whome the premises are holden
       only Excepted and foreprized and y.e said W.m
       Collings for himselfe his heires & assis doth
       further Covenant grant & agree to & with
       the s.d Joshua Cecell his heires & assis y.t he
       the said W.m Collings his heires & assis
       shall at all times forever hereafter at y.e
       Reasonable Request & at y.e pp Cost and
       Charges in y.e Law of y.e s.d Joshua Cecell his
       heires & assis make doe suffer & acknowledge
       any further or other Deed or Deeds
       Conveyance or Conveyances or any other
       writting whatsoever for y.e further better and
       more pfect makeing over of y.e afd part of
       Land and p.rmises unto him the s.d Joshua
