       Know all Men by these p.rsents y.t we
       John Clubb & Isabella Clubb of y.e Citty of
       Philadelphia in y.e province of pensilvania
       have assigned ordained and made & in our stead
       & place by these p.rsents put & Constituted
       Rob.t R Quary of y.e Citty of Philadelphia
       Esq our true & Lawfull att.ry for us in our
       stead & name and to our use & behooffe to ask
       recover & receive of James Busby & Tho
       Robins of Talbott County in y.e province of
       Maryland the sume of two hundred eighty
       & eight pounds currant mony of England
       due unto us for y.e non paym.t of y.e sume of one
       hundred forty & foure pounds of Like mony
       on y.e first day of June 1705 before y.e date of
       these presents as by one obligation w.th condicon
       thereunder written beareing Date y.e second day
       of January 1704/5 more plainly appeareth
       Giving & by these presents granting unto our s.d
       att.ry our full power and Lawfull Authority in
       the premises to do say pforme conclude and
       finish for us and in our names as afd all and
       every such Act and Acts thing and things device
       and devices in y.e Law w.tsoever for y.e recovery
       of y.e debt afd as fully Largly and amply in every
       respect as we our selves might or could doe if we
       were psonally present and upon receipt thereof
       acquittances or other discharges for us & in our
       name to make seal & deliver ratifying
       allowing & holding firm & stable all w.tsoever
       our s.d att.ry shall Lawfully doe or cause to be
