1035 Joshua Cecell his heirs and assignes forever all y.t part of a tract of Land Called the forrest the whole Containing one Thousand forty five acres formerly sold and Conveyed to the said George Spicer by James Bigger & Marg.tt his wife as by the Deed Recorded in the pvinciall Co.rt bearing date the Twenty nineth Day of May in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred ninety and eight as by the said Records and deed Relation Being thereunto had may more at Large appear the afd tract of Land formerly Lying in Calvert County but since the Division of the Countys by Vertue of an act of Assembly of this pvince the said tract of Land lyeth part in Charles County & Part in prince Georges County both in the said pvince of Maryland on the west ^side^ of Patuxent River & in the forks of a branch Called Zacciah Branch and part of the afd tract of Land hereby intended to be Bargained and sold by the s.d George Spicer his heirs Ex.rs Administrators unto the said Joshua Cecill his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes Begineth at a bounded white oake standing by a small branch side being the first bounded tree of the afd tract of Land Called the forrest thence w.th a line drawn north west one hundred pches to a bounded Locust tree it being a bounded tree of a parcell of Land formerly surveyed for Maj.r Thomas (Truman) |
