1034 Sealed and Delivered in presence of us her Mary M Sawkill Mary Smithson marke March the 3.d 1706/7 Memorand.m This Day the said Thomas Edmondson subscribed this writeing in my presence and the Two wittnesses at the same time subscribed the same and the said Thomas Edmondson Desires and Consents to have his writeing Enrolled on the records of Dorchester County or on the Records of the prov.ll Court before me Thomas Smithson Clk Just pro Co.rt Enrolled March the 19.th 1706/7 This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of January in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred & six & in the fifth year of the reigne of our sovn Lady Queen Anne of England scotland France & Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith &c.a Between George Spicer of Prince Georges County in y.e pvince of Maryland planter of the one part & Joshua Cecell of the afd County & pvince of y.e other part Wittnesseth y.t the said George Spicer for & in Consideration of the full and just sume of Eighty four pounds of good and lawfull mony of England in hand secured to be paid by the said Joshua Cecell at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these presents the receipt Whereof the said George Spicer do hereby acknowledge & do therefore & hereby for himself his heirs Executors Adm.rs & assignes fully freely & absolutly give grant bargain sell aliene Enfeoffe & Confirme unto him the said (Joshua) |
