       aforesaid Thomas Edmondson the receipt whereof
       the said Thomas Edmondson Doth hereby acknowledge
       and himselfe theretowith to be fully satisfied Contented
       and paid thereof and of every parte and parcell thereof
       Doth absolutely freely and Clearly Exonerate acquitt
       and Discharge the said Ralph Elstone his heires Execut.rs
       adm.rs and Assignes and Every of them for Ever by these
       presents he the said Thomas Edmondson hath Given
       Granted bargained sold aliened Enffeofed and Confirmed
       and Doth by these presents absolutely freely and Clearly
       Give Grant bargaine sell Allien Enffeof and Confirme
       unto the said Ralph Elstone his heires Execut.rs adm.rs and
       Assignes for Ever one hundred and fifty Acres of Land being
       parte of a Tract of land Called Calfe pasture lyeing in
       Dorchester County on the south side of Great Choptank
       River Begining at a marked oake standing at the
       Mouth of a Creeke Called the Lower Creeke and runing
       from thence up the River for breadth seaventy and five
       perches and from thence by a line Drawne south for
       length three hundred and Twenty perches bounding on the
       south by a line Drawne from the End of the south line
       west seaventy and five perches to the head of the Lower
       Creeke bounded on the west with the said Creeke
       for the length of three hundred and Twenty perches
       to the first marked Oake bounded on the North with
       the said River and on the East with the afd south line
       Containing one hundred and fifty Acres of Land as afd
       together with all the rights profitts priviledges & benifitts
       thereunto belonging or in any wayes appertaining
       and alsoe all writeings Deeds pattents and Evidences
       touching or Concerning the same  To Have and
       to hold the aforesaid parcell of Land and premises
       with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
       belonging hereby sold or Mentioned or intended to
       be sold as parte or Member thereof unto the
       said Ralph Elstone his heires and assignes
