       assembly in that case made and pvid'd

       Then recd of Amos Garrett one pound
       three shill and two pence ½ ster being
       alenacon of y.e within Land from
       Neal Clarke to him
                        Jam   Heath


       This Indure Made the third Day
                of March in the year of our
       Lord God one thousand seaven hundred
       and six and in the Fifth yeare of the
       reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne &rt
       of England Scotland France and Ireland
       Queen &r.t  Between Thomas Edmondson
       of the County of Talbot in the province of Maryland
       Gent of the one party and Ralph Elstone of
       the same County and province afd planter of
       the other party wittnesseth that the said
       Thomas Edmondson for and in Consideration of
       the sume of six thousand pounds of Tobacco
       formerly paid by the said Ralph Elstone unto
       John Edmondson Decd the father of the
