       and singular her s.d Majestys Rights
       & Dues & to her officers a true and
       Just account of their Fees y.t he shall
       or may be Entrusted with by her Majestys
       Governou.r & other her officers w.thin
       this province to Receive & Collect &
       his account to her s.d Majesty her
       heires & successors & to her & their
       Govern.r therefore The Time being for y.e
       fines & forfitures & other Dues
       belonging to her s.d Majstys Govern.r
       as also his acc.o of all Fees Dues &
       sums of mony or Tob.o for Levies or
       Fees Due to any her Majestys officers
       & other good people within this
       province shall pass an account of by
       the Tenth Day of aprill next Ensuing
       y.e Date hereof & in all other things as
       sher of y.e County of annarundell shall
       be have himselfe will & honestly
       towards all psons according to y.e best
       of his power skill & knowledge Then
       this obligation To be voyd and of
       no Effect or Else to stand in full force
       strength & vertue
