       we Josiah Wilson Sam.ll Chambers and
       Daniell Mariarte of y.e County of annarund.ll
       & province afd are holden & firmly bound
       unto our Sovereign Lady anne Queen of
       England Scotland France & Ireland Defend.r
       of y.e faith &c.a in y.e full sume & Just Quantity
       of two hundred Thousand pounds of Good
       sound merchantable Leafe Tob.o & Casq  To be
       p.d to her s.d Majesty her heires & successors
       To w.ch paym.t well & Truly to be made we
       bind our selves & Either of us & Either of
       our heires Ex.rs & adm.rs Joyntly & severally
       for y.e whole & in y.e whole firmly by these
       presents sealed w.th our Seales & Dated the
       fourteenth Day of November anno Dni
       one Thousand seven hundred & six

       The Condition of y.e above obligation is
       such y.t If y.e above bounden Josiah Wilson
       Doe well & Truly serve her s.d Majesty her
       heires & successors in y.e office of high sher
       of y.e County of annarundell within y.e
       province afd & also shall Render unto her
       said Majesty & other her officers a True
       faithfull & perfect account of all
