       Grant article & thing herein Containd
       shall to all Effects purposes & Constructions
       be utterly Voyd frustrate & of None
       Effect  But if in Default of paym.t
       in any of the Days of paym.t afd in
       part or in all Contrary to y.e forme Intent
       & meaning above Declared & Exprest to
       the well Likeing & Content of him y.e s.d
       Michell & his heires or assis that then
       this present Bargain & sale & all & Every
       Covenant Grant article & thing herein
       Contained shall to all Effects & purposes
       stand remaine & abide in Itt full force &
       strength any thing to y.e Contrary herein
       Exprest in any wise thereof  Notwithstanding
       In Wittness whereof y.e said
       Duvall & Martha his Wife have to these
       presents put their hands & affixed their
       seales y.e Day & yeare first above Written
