       pcell thereof the Said Thomas Beale his heirs
       Exo.rs admo.rs and assignes doth aquitt Exonarate
       and for ever discharg by these presents as also
       for divers good Causes and valuable Considerations
       being thareunto likewaise and
       Espectially moveing Hath Given Granted Bargained
       sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth fully freely Clerely
       and absolutely give Grant Bargaine Sell
       Enfeoffey and Confirme unto the said Tho Beale
       his heirs Exo.rs admo.rs & assignes for Ever three
       hundred and Eighty acres and halfe of Land
       out of the aforesaid tract of Land Called athell
       Beginninge att the Second Bounded tree of
       Said Land & running Southwest towards the
       first bounded tree two hundred and fower pches
       and halfe to a bounded                              then
       running Northwest three hundred and twenty
       pches to a bounded
       standing in the Southwest line of the afd Land
       then Running Northeaste one hundred and
       fouer and a halfe pches to a Corner tree of a parte
       of the aforesd althell Laid out for Nector
       Macklaine then running w.th the sd Macklaines
       Land South East one hundred and Sixty pches
       the running North East still w.th the said land
       one hundred pches to the line of the Land of
       Athell then w.th a Straight line to the first bounded  
       tree Containing and now laid ^out^ for three
       hundred and Eighty acres and a halfe of
       land more or less  To Have and To Hold all
       the said tract of Land w.th all the dwelling
       houses out Houses Tobacco houses finces and
       all the appurtenances thareto belonging to
       any waies appertaining together w.th all woods
       underwoods trees well Springs and watter
