vide               october in the yeare of our Lord one thousand
release           seven hundred & six Between Robert
of this Deed   Michell of y.e City of London in y.e Kingdom
in Lib.r           of England Gent of the one part & Lewis
T P N.o 4     Duvall and Martha his wife of annarund.ll
fol 30            County in y.e province of Maryland Gent
       of the other part   Wittnesseth that the
       said Lewis Duvall and & Martha his
Vide T P         wife for and in Consideration of the sume
N.o 4 fol.o      of one hundred and Eighty two pounds Ster
30 is an           and six shil to them in hand paid before
ass.t of this      the Ensealing and Delivery of these p.rsents
& fol.o 81 Is   well & truly paid by him y.e s.d Robert
the Letter        Michell wherewith they & Every of them
of att.ry           Do acknowledge themselves fully satisfied
       & paid thereof and of Every part
       thereof Doth fully & Clearly acquitt &
       Discharge the s.d Robert Michell his heires
       & assis for Ever and by these presents have
       Bargained Sold Granted aliened and
       Confirmed and by these presents Do bargane
       sell alien Confirm to y.e s.d Robt Michell
       his heires and assis for Ever all & Every
       of these two tracts of land hereafter
       Exprest & Named y.t is to say one tract or
       parcell of Land Called Marthas Choyce
       Being part of a parcell of Land Called
       Darnalls Grove Lying in p.r Go Co
       Begining at the first Bounded tree
