1004 stables, orchards, gardens, ways, waters, woods, underwoods, pfitts, Comodities, Improvements, & appurtences, whatsoever to the sd Land Belonging or in any wayes appertaining To have and to hold the said tract of Land & premisses unto him the said Sam.ll his heirs and assigns forever to the only pper use & behoofe of him the said Sam.ll & to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever & he the said James for himself & his heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs doth hereby Covenant grant & agree to & w.th y.e s.d Samuell & his heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs y.t y.e afd tract of Land hereby Bargained and sold is at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents Clear and free from all and all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever save only the rents and services due or ^hereafter^ to grow Due to the R.t hon.ble y.e Lord Propry whether by statutes, Judgm.ts, Recognizances, forfeitures, attainders, of y.e said James or y.e lynes of the said Tract Runing into ancient surveys or by any other ways or means w.tsoever and y.t y.e s.d James shall & will forever warr.t & Defend the same ag.t all psons whatsoever unto him the said Samuell his heirs & Assigns forever (In) |
