99 Release and discharge of and from all Bargaines Covenants Contracts Agreements Bills Bonds writeings and accompts whatsoever And alsoe from all and all maner of Error or Errors whatsoever in the Suites above Specifyed And wee doe further order Judge and determine that the aforesaid Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Execut.rs as aforesaid Doe at or before the tenth day of January next ensueing the date of these p.rsents deliver up possession unto the said Job Nutt his Attorney or Attorneys Assignee or Assignes of one plantacon Called by the name of Nutts Cleft Lyeing In Pautuxent River with all and Singular the houses and Edifices thereunto belongeing Lastly that the Sume of three thousand pounds of Tobacco Expended by the Refferees Partyes and Evidences dureing the Sittinge of the Comiss.rs att the house of M.r Thom Bankes be payd and discharged by equall proportion Between the said Job Nutt the Attorney or Attorneyes Assignee or Assignes And the Said Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Executrix of the Said William Groome decd as aforesaid And also that the Sume of four hundred pounds of tobacco to be paid unto John Fawkes Clarke to the Refferees att this Sitting by Major Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Executrix as aforesaid and that the moyety of the Same be repaid by the afore Said Job Nutt unto the Said Henry Jowles att or before the tenth day of January next ensueing the date of these p.rsents In Wittnesse whereof we have hereunto put our hands and seales this fourth day of December in the Fourth yeare of the Dominion of Charles Lord Baltemore &.ca And in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand Six hundred seaventy Eight Tho Truman Sealed Richd Ladd Sealed C Boteler Sealed A Scedule of goods to be Delivered By Henry Jowles and Sybell his wife Executrix of William Groome Decd to Job Nutt his attorney or Attorneys Assignee or assignes according to the within order Two ^flooke^ Bedds with Ruggs and Blanketts old Three Iron Potts with pott hookes One frying pann old One old Cubboard Two Pewter Dishes three plates and two old Basons To Milke payles old One Iron Spitt One Iron Pott Rocke Two Chests old One Little Brass kettle 1 gall One greate brasse kettle 15 gall very old Six milke Trayes one Iron Pestle One Broad ax three Iron wedges One Six foot Saw & hle old One payr of Marking Irons One Mill Peck glugur two old hoes Two Stocke Lockes two hammers Two more Iron wedges One Gun Barell and Locke price 50 h of tob One Carpenters Adz One Hand saw |
