       Esq.r Cap.t gen.rll & govern.r in Chiefe of his Maj.ties Province of Maryland and Teritoryes thereto belonging appointed &
       and Comissionated to be Navall Officer of y.e Port of Petuxent according to y.e Direction of a certaine Act of
       Parliament Entituled an Act for y.e Encouragement of Trade made in y.e fifteenth yeare of y.e Reigne of our late
       Soveraigne Lord King Charles the second of Blessed Memory Now if soe be y.e said George Plater shall well and faithfully
       pforme his duty in y.e said office in all things thereunto belonging then this obligacon be voyd and of none effect
