       William Hatton for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth hereby
       Covenant promise grant & agree To & w.th the said Jn.o Low and
       George Dent Their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes and every of them
       by these p.rsents That he the said William Hatton at the time of
       the sealing & Delivery of these p.rsents is seized in his Demesne as
       of Fee of & in the above menconed pcell of Land & premisses
       w.th the appurtences of a good sure indefeizable Estate of Inheritance
       in Fee simple Free & discharged of all incumbrances whatsoever
       and is the true & perfect owner of the same hereby bargained
       p.rmisses and hath in him good right full power & Lawfull Intrest
       and Authority to grant bargaine sell & assigne over the same
       p.rmisses unto the s.d Jn.o Low & George Dent their heirs & assigns
       forever in Manner & form as afd and also that he the said
       William Hatton and his heirs shall & will at all times during
       the space of seaven years next ensueing at the reasonable
       Request of the said Jn.o Low and George Dent their heirs or
       Assigns make doe & suffer or Cause to be made done & suffered
       all & every such further Act & Acts Thing & things device
       and Devices whatsoever in the Law for the further and Better
       assurance & sure making of the s.d pcell of Land & premisses to the
       said Jn.o Low & George Dent their heirs & assigns for ever as afd
       as by the said Jn.o Low & George Dent their heirs or assigns
       or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised
       devised or Required at the proper Cost & Charges in the Law of the
       said Jn.o Low & George Dent their heirs & assigns And that he
       the said William Hatton & his heirs the same above bargained
       p.rmisses w.th the appurtenances unto the said Jn.o Low & George Dent
       their heirs & assigns forever against all men claiming by from or
       under the said William Hatton or his heirs shall & will warrent &
       forever Defend by these p.rsents In Witness whereof the pties
       first above menconed to these p.rsent Indentures have Interchangably
       sett their hands & seales the day & year first written
       Sealed Signed & Delivered

       Christopher Griggory

                               On the Back thereof was thus Endorsed

       Acknowledged in Open Court according to Act of Assembly
       the 6.th day of October 1696
