       And moreover that he the said Jn.o Body and his heirs or assigns
       shall & will from time to time and at all times hereafter w.thin the
       space of seaven years at the Reasonable Request Cost & Charges in the
       Law of the said Richard Welch his heirs or assigns make due
       acknowledg Leavy Execute & suffer or Cause to be made done Levyed
       execute & suffered all & every such Further & ^other^ Lawfull & Reasonable
       Act & Acts Thing & Things Device & Devices assurance & assurances
       in the Law whatsoever for the further & better assureing & sure
       making and Conveying of all & singular the s.d Mojety of Land
       & p.rmisses hereby bargained w.th the appurtences unto the said
       Rich.d Welch his heirs & assigns forever as by the s.d Rich.d Welch
       his heirs or assigns or any of them or his or their Councill Learned
       in the Law shall be reasonably Devised advised or required In
       Witness whereof the parties first above named to these p.rsents
       their have Interchangably set their hands & seales first above
       writen

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed

       Maryland fs   16.o Die May Anno Dom 1695

       Then Came before us Robert Mason & Jn.o Watson two of their Ma.ts
       Justices of the Provinciall Court the within named Jn.o Body one of the
       parties to these p.rsents and acknowledged this within written Indenture
       to be his owne Act & Deed to & for the uses intent & purposes
       therein Menconed & Expressed and that the Mojety of the land
       & premisses therein bargained are the Right of the w.thin Named
       Richard Welch and his heirs forever and the same & every p.t pcell
       thereof he the said Jn.o Body ag.t himself & his heirs & all & every oth.r
       pson & psons shall & will warr.t & forever Defend by these p.rsents
       to him the said Richard Welch his heirs & assigns for ever In testimony
       whereof wee have hereunto subscribed our names the Day & year
       above written

                March y.e 2.d 1695/6
       Recd then of Richard Welch the just sum of fourteen shillings
       sterl being for the alienacon of three hundred & fifty acres of the
       w.thin Menconed I say Recd by me
