762) 781 Duly purchased according to my Condicons of plantacons afore Named and upon Returne of Certificates of such surveyor to him the said Henry Darnall he to pass grant or grants therefore in my name in the usuall manner under my great seale of my s.d province of Maryland he in my behalfe signeing the same And to Cause Due Registers to be made of such his proceedings in the same manner as they have heretofore been Don in that province takeing unto himselfe such Fees and rewards as usually have been taken & Received for such the Like matters there And the said Henry Darnall to grant spetiall warrenty und.r his hand & my s.d lesser seale for the Resurveying any Tract or parcell of land within this province And if any surplusage thereupon shall be found to sell and Dispose thereof to my use in such manner as to him shall seeme meete & to pass grant or grants thereof und.r my great seale in manner afd either A part or upon surrend.r of the grant of the Land on such Resurvey to include by A New grant the surplus in the whole Regarding what usually has been Don in such Cases heretofore And the said Henry Darnall to Doe all other Act and Acts thing and things pursuant to the Condicons of plantacons aforenamed and to execute all and every the Powers Authorities and Instructions by me Last given and granted to my said Comittee for Land Affaires Comonly Called the Councill for Lands in as full and ample Manner as the s.d Comittee Might or Ought by vertue of the said powers Authorities and Instructions to have Don & as if the same had been here particularly menconed and named hereby Revoakeing Annulling and makeing voyd all former Comissions Authorities Powers and Instructions Touching the premisses to any other person or persons by me or my Authority formerly Given this Commission & the powers hereby granted to Continue Dureing my pleasure Given at London und.r my Greater Seale at Armes the thirteth Day of Decemb.r in the yeare of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ one thousand six hundred ninty and five This Indenture Made the 16.th Day of May in the yeare of our Lord god one thousand six hundred ninty and five Between John Body of the County of Baltem.r in the province of Maryland Marriner the son and sole heire of Cap.t John Body of the Kingdom of England Marriner Decd of the one part and & Richard Welsh of the County of Ann Arrundell in the province afd planter of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas the Right Honble Charles Lord Baltemore by his Deed of grant or patent und.r his great seale then used in the s.d province of Maryland for granting of Land there beareing Date at the City of S.t Maryes the one and twentieth Day of Novemb.r Anno Dm 1676 Did for the Consid.racons therein Menconed Grant unto the said Jn.o Body Marrion.r All that pcell of Land called Bodys Adventure lying in Baltemore County on the south side of Patapscoe River & on the North side of Cura Branch of Curtis Creeke Begining at a bounded Hiccory being the Corner Tree of the west south west Line of the Land formerly laid out for one Joseph Moorely Called Mooreleys Choice & runing south south East one hundred pches |
