       all Action Right Estate title interest and Demand of and in and to the p.rmisses
       and every of them shall and will be utterly concluded and Debarred for ever by
       these presents And I the said William Fox and my heirs the said plantacon
       or Tract of Land and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of
       their appurtenances to the said William Hatton and his heirs And to his
       and their own proper use and uses against me & my heirs & all & every other
       person and persons Lawfully Claimeing by from or under me the said William
       Fox or my heirs shall and will warrent and Ever Defend by these presents
       In Wittness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this third
       Day of July in the yeare of our Lord 1696 Annoq Regis Gulielim tertis Anglie
       &c octavo
