744) 761 Maryland Merchant but Now resident in the parish of Stepney neere the City of London And produced A Certaine Writeing in parchment Indented beareing Date the three and Twentieth Day of May in the third yeare of the reigne of our soveraigne Lord and Lady King William and Queene Mary by the Grace of God of England &c purporting A Deed of Bargaine and seale of six parcells or Tracts of Land with the appurtenances in Maryland aforesaid by him the said John Galwith and Jane his Wife Made to the use of William Turner of Calvert County aforesaid Gentleman therein Named And for More evidence thereof the said John Galwith Did Now before us in Court And in the presence of Certaine Wittnesses that have thereunto endorsed their Names seale and Deliver as his Act and Deed to the use of the said William Turner the same Deed and prayed our Authentication thereof to Effect therein Contained Wherefore we Doe give this Attestation thereof and in further Testimony have Caused the seale of the office of Maioralty of this ^said^ Citty to be here unto putt and Affixed Dated at London the One and Twentieth Day of Novemb.r Anno Dm 1694 And in the sixth yeare of the Reigne of W.m and Mary King and Queene of England &c Goodfellow Locus sigil Recorded the 10.th Day of Septemb.r 60 sds 1696 p me Henry Wriothesley Clk To all Christian people to whome these presents shall Come Know yee that I William Fox of Boston in New England Merchant for and in Consideracon of the sume of Fifty two pounds tenn shillings sterling money to me in hand paid & secured to be paid By William Hatton of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland have Demised and Released and for ever quit Claimed and by these presents Doe for me my heirs and Assignes fully Clearly & Absolutely demise Release and for ever quitt Claime unto the said William Hatton in his full and peacable possession & seizin & to his heires & Assignes for ever all the Estate Right Title Interest Claime & Demand whatsoever Which I the said William Fox now have or which I or my heirs at any time hereafter May or Ought to have of in or to all the plantacon or Tract of Land Called Thomsons rest formerly taken up and pattented in Charles County but now by an Act of Assembly for Devideing of Countys scituate Lyeing & being in Prince Georges County Conteyning One thousand Acres More or Less with all appurtenances thereunto belonging or of right appertaineing to have and to hold all & singular the p.rmisses with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said William Hatton his heirs and Assignes for ever soe that Neither I the said William Ston nor my heirs nor any other person or persons for me or them or in Mine or their Name or Names right title or sted shall or May by any way or meanes hereafter have Claime Challenge or demand any Estate right title or interest of in or to the said plantacon or Tract of Land or any part or parcell thereof but from all |
