       Exceptions as in and by the said Recited Deed of Grant or pattent Relacon
       beng thereunto had More at Large appeareth And Whereas the said fifty Acres
       of Land with the appurtenances thereunto belonging by severall Lawfull waise and
       meanes was Conveyed to and Invested in one Robert Rowe who by his Deed
       did enter und.r his hand and seale beareing Date the sixteenth Day of March
       in the tenth yeare of the Dominion of the Right Hon.ble Charles &c And in y.e yeare
       of our Lord good one thousand six hundred Eighty and foure for the Consideracon
       In the same deed Menconed Did fully freely Cleerly And absolutely give
       grant Alien bargaine sell Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said John
       Galwith his heirs and Assignes for ever all that Last Menconed Fifty Acres
       of land Called Georges Desire butting & Bounding as aforesaid Together with
       with all Messuages Tennements Dwelling houses out houses Ediffices and
       buildings And all and all Manno.r of Rights Proffitts and Benefitts
       thereunto belonging or in Any Wise appertaineing As in and by y.e said
       Recited Deed of Bargaine and seale of Enfeoffment Relacon being thereunto
       had More at Large appeareth And Whereas alsoe one same excepson by
       his deed indented under his hand and seale beareing Deate the forth
       Day of Jan.ry in the twelfth yeare of the said Right Hon.ble Charles
       &c And in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred Eighty
       and six for the Consideracon therein menconed did thereby grant Alien
       bargaine sell Enfeoff and Confirme unto the said John Galwith his heirs
       and Assignes for Ever all that tract or parcell of Land Called Piney Poynt
       Lyeing in Calvert County And on the North side of A Creeke Called
       Hunting Creek And the East side of Puttuxant River And begining
       at A Marked Chestnutt upon A poynt over against William Howes his
       Landing And from the said Chestnutt Runing East North East by the side
       of A small branch that issueth out of the said Hunting Creeke for the
       Length of seaventy five perches To A Nother Marked Chestnutt in the Lyne
       of A parcell of Land Laid out for William Bramall And from y.e said Chestnutt
       by the side of the said Bramalls Land south east for the Length of Fifty
       perches to A marked white oake by the Creeke side it being the southermost bounded
       Tree of the said Bramalls Land then from the said Oake North North East
       for the Length of one hundred Twenty five perches To A Marked White Oake
       by A great branch side Called Bramalls Branch then Down the said
       Branch as the branch Runeth for the Length of one hundred and sixty
       p.rches to A poynt on the Creek side Called Hunting Creeke then Down the
       Creeke as the Creeke Runeth to the first bounded Tree Containeing And
       Laid out for fifty Acres More or Less Together with all & all Manner of
       houses Ediffices buildings Trees waise passuages Woods underwoods pastures
       feedings Comons Comon of pastures Watters Ditches fences Rents Easements
       proffitts Comodities Advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Tract or parcell of Land And all and singular other the premisses belonging
       or in any wise appertaineing as in and by the said Last Recited Deed of
       Bargaine and seale or feoffment Relation being thereunto alsoe had More
       plainely and at Large appeareth Now This Indentur further Wittnesseth
       that the said John Galwith and Jane his Wife as well for and in Consideracon
       of the just sume of two hundred and Fifty pounds good and Lawfull Money
       Money of England to them in hand paid and secured to be paid by the afd
       William Turner at or before the Ensealeing and Delivery of these presents the
       Receipt whereof he the said John Galwith doth hereby Acknowledge And
       himselfe to be therewith fully and absolutely Contented satisfied and paid and
       thereof and every part thereof Doth Cleerly acquitt Exonarett and Discharge
       the said William Turner his heirs and Executo.rs Administrato.rs & Assignes
       And Every of them by these presents As alsoe for Divers other good Causes and
       valluable Consideracons them thereunto Especially Moveing have given
